Wedding in Denmark in 2 weeks:

We have a thorough understanding of the current requirements of the Danish Agency of Family Law (Familieretshuset). Our expertise allows us to correctly prepare the complete document package and professionally present your relationship history to obtain approval. With our support, marriage registration in Denmark is possible as early as 14 days after submitting the application.
The nearest available dates for marriage in Denmark are April 7 and April 10.
These dates can be booked for an additional fee.
April 7 is a wedding in Denmark with onward travel to Sweden.
There are no available slots left for March in Denmark.
Only one marriage appointment remains available for March 11th.

Our transfer for “All Inclusive”
package
Our transfer starts from Germany (Neumünster or Flensburg or Bad Segeberg) to Denmark early in the morning the day before your wedding date.
The exact meeting point in Germany where our transfer will start will be discussed individually with each couple. We can meet you at the train station in Neumünster or Flensburg, or Bad Segeberg, or we can provide you with a place where you can park your car.
Transfers from other cities near Hamburg are also possible.
(Transfers from other places are negotiated with clients separately for an additional fee. For example, the cost of a transfer from Hamburg will be 150 euros (transfers from other cities are not included in our packages, so they are paid separately)).

You’ve booked an all-inclusive package and we’re planning a trip to Denmark for a wedding, why not take the opportunity to extend your trip by visiting neighboring Sweden? These two countries are located so close that they make it easy to combine a special event with an exciting vacation.
Convenient communication between countries will not waste much of your time.
Denmark and Sweden are connected by the impressive Oresund Bridge, which spans the strait and is not only a symbol of architectural excellence, but also a convenient way to travel between Copenhagen and Malmö, Sweden. In just 30-40 minutes we can find ourselves in another country, while enjoying picturesque views.
When planning your trip, we will take into account the time needed for wedding events and allocate 1 day after the wedding to explore Sweden. This combination trip will give you an unforgettable experience and the opportunity to experience two Scandinavian gems at the same time.

outdoor ceremony in Denmark in 2026
On specific dates, we can offer you an outdoor wedding ceremony either at a hotel, or on the beach, or in a picturesque place in nature. The ceremony can be booked for an additional fee. We also offer you a photographer, stylists and a wedding bouquet.
Apostille STANDARD
Apostille STANDARD is made within 6 – 7 weeks. In our packages “Standard”, “All Inclusive” and “All Inclusive PLUS” such an apostille is already included.
It is also possible to order an URGENT apostille.

How do you pay?
Payment is made in 2 stages.
You pay the first part of the cost of the selected package of wedding services when submitting documents, according to the Contract between your person and our agency Hamburgtours.
You pay the second part of the amount within 2 working days after receiving a marriage permit in Denmark for your couple. After receiving the full amount of the agency fee, we will provide the client with a document «Permit for marriage in Denmark», a travel plan to Denmark and other information. This information is transmitted electronically and orally.
