1. The conclusion of the contract on a trip

the contract consists in bureau, in writing, by fax, an e-mail or to phone.

2. Payment

At the conclusion of the contract the customer pays an overall cost of the permit or, depending on terms, 15 % of cost. Full payment is carried out not later than for 5 days prior to the beginning of a trip. At untimely payment the trip is cancelled and 50 % of advance payment came back.

3. Change of conditions and refusal of a trip

3.1. The organizer of a trip can change a route for the objective reasons.

3.2. At refusal of a trip organized Hamburgtours, the tourist pays penal sanctions depending on refusal term:

• more than 30 days prior to the beginning of a trip - 0€
• for 30-15 days prior to the beginning of a trip - 30%
• for 14-7 days prior to the beginning of a trip - 50%
• for 6-2 days prior to the beginning of a trip - 75%
• less than 2 days prior to the beginning of a trip - 100%

4. Responsibility

4.1. On the trips organized by other firms, we take responsibility only for intermediary services.

4.2. Under the objective circumstances influencing a trip, such as strike, expectation in stoppers or unforeseen technical defects of vehicles, firm of responsibility does not bear.

4.3. At occurrence direct circumstances the tourist should do all from it depending for damage reduction.

4.4. For theft, loss and damage of luggage during a trip the firm of responsibility does not bear. We recommend issuing the luggage insurance.

4.5. For non-observance of passport and visa formalities the tourist completely answers.

4.6. All claims of the party should declare not later than 3 weeks after the trip termination. Claims shown after that term are not considered.
